In the years 1991–1993, after Anikiej's departure to Belgium, he performed in Ex-Akcent together with Henryk Meller (former drummer of Czerwono-Czarni) and in the band Crazy Boys. At the end of 1989, together with Mariusz Anikiej, he founded the Akcent band. He performed in the groups Akord and Centrum. He can sing in Romani, Belarusian (in childhood he won Belarusian song competitions) and Russian. He graduated from the 4th High School in Białystok and Economic Studies in Bielsk Podlaski. His first music teachers were two uncles who played in music bands at rural games. To this day, he openly declares himself as a deeply religious person.ĭuring his education in elementary school, at the age of seven, he began his musical education. In infancy he was baptized in the church, but he was raised in the Roman Catholic rite. He comes from a mixed-religious family the mother is a Roman Catholic and the father was an Orthodox.
